It could capsize if it makes a serious mistake, but it would remain unsinkable.
Of course, the equipment required offshore is on board. In addition, an AIS Class B transceiver shows us commercial ships and makes us visible to them. An EPIRB (“Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon”) and a Personal EPIRB ensure that we can be located quickly.
